Hannibal Hometown Hitters place first at President's Day Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Hannibal Hometown Hitters (HTH) traveled to Indianapolis and competed in the President’s Day Tournament from Feb. 13-15.

The Hannibal Hometown Hitters went 9-1 and finished in first- place out of 54 teams competing in the President’s Day volleyball tournament in Indianapolis. The team was very impressive in the final day of the tournament, going 4-0 and defeating each opponent in just two games.

The Hannibal Hometown Hitters were coached by Sarah Janes, who is in her third season as the group’s head coach.

HTH is a club volleyball program who is sponsored by Blessing Health Systems Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, which is based out of Hannibal.
