Sandra was currently the cafeteria manager at Stowell School in Hannibal. She was entering her 20th year working in the Hannibal School District having previously worked at both Eugene Field School and Stowell School. Sandra loved all the kids she served and remembered many of them over the years.

Sandra enjoyed many of her previous jobs, including her first job at Cassano's Pizza in downtown Hannibal when she was 18, this is where she met her future husband, Keith. Sandra also later worked at the Little Red Shoe House, located downtown as well.

Away from work Sandra loved to do crafts. Pinterest became her inspiration, as Sandra would make cute signs for her family and friends and for the seasons of the year. She also enjoyed making her children's Halloween costumes and doll clothes in their younger years. Fishing was an activity that Sandra loved to do with her husband, Keith. Many afternoons were spent relaxing, casting lines and simply visiting. During a recent fishing outing with Keith, they caught nine fish together. An excellent baker and cook, Sandra made the best homemade noodles. She also made delicious sugar cookies and homemade candies during the Christmas season. Trips to the ocean and beach were always special for Sandra. She loved to hear the waves and feel the sand under her feet. Trips to Gulf Shores, Ala., and Destin, Fla., were always enjoyed. The music of Elvis and Dolly, lazy days by the pool and helping with the family garden were also some of Sandra's favorites. Most of all Sandra cherished her family.  She never missed an opportunity to spend time together with those she loved the most.

Sandra was a Christian by faith.
