Jerry Lee Stover, 69, of Hannibal, passed away at 8:38 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019, at Luther Manor Nursing Center in Hannibal.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today, Aug. 7, 2019, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Brandon Hampton will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.

His Life Celebration was from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Jerry was born March 7, 1950, in Hannibal to Walter L. and Martha Maxine King Stover.

Survivors include one sister, Betty Williams (Donnie Shoup) of Hannibal; one brother, William "Bill" Stover (Joann) of Hannibal; one aunt, Judy King; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Sharon Bowen.

Jerry worked for the Sheltered Workshop for many years.

Jerry enjoyed fishing on the Mississippi River and driving by the riverfront in his little truck.

He also enjoyed working on his computer and reading his Bible daily.

Most of all Jerry enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Jerry was a March of Dimes Poster Child in 1958.

Jerry always had a smile for everyone.

He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Hannibal for over 40 years.

Memorial contributions may be made to United Way or Community Loving Care Hospice.

Pallbearers will be Roger Bowen, Joe Stover, James Meyer, Michael Toalson, Eric Sherrer and Larry Phelps.

Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Meyer, Christopher Meyer, Paul Williams, Richie Bowen and Cody Donlevy.
