Obituary: LaToya R. Wallace, 37, of Hannibal

LaToya R. Wallace, 37, of Hannibal, passed away at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her home.


Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Robert Bell will officiate.


Friends and family are invited to LaToya’s Life Celebration at a visitation that will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services Tuesday at the Funeral Home.


LaToya was born Aug. 1, 1981, in Hannibal, to Timothy Graham and Kathy Bell McMillan.


Survivors include her mother, Kathy McMillan (Roger); her father, Billie Dyson; her father, Timothy Graham; four children, Kearrah, Neveah, JaQwain, and Ethan; two brothers, Derek Wallace and


Timothy Graham Jr.; four sisters, Christina Linder (Talvis), Liza Herzberg (Chris), Victoria Tageneca (Mike) and Brittany Graham; and her grandparents, Dorothy Bell and Mary Ellen McMillan and Robert McMillan. LaToya is also survived by her significant other, Jeffrey Anderson, and a host of nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett F. Bell, JoAnn Graham, Carl and Alvia McQuay, and Debbie Rogers.


Professionally, LaToya worked as a caregiver. She most recently worked at the TLC Sutter Home.


A caring person, LaToya loved to joke with others and have a good time. LaToya especially loved anything owl related and always enjoyed wild flowers. Scary movies, the mountains of Colorado and New Orleans were a few of LaToya's favorites. Most of all, she simply enjoyed the time she shared with her family and friends.


LaToya was a Christian by faith.


Memorial contributions may be made to LaToya's Children's Education Fund, checks payable to Liza Herzberg.


Honorary pallbearers will be Dakoda Shuck, Caleb Shuck, Zachary Stice, Mika Taganeca, Victor Taganeca and Domanick Widebrook.
