Timothy "Tim" Hirner, 69, of Holts Summit and formerly of Hannibal, passed away at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Capital Regional Medical Center in Jefferson City.
Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hannibal.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Tim was born Oct. 3, 1949, in Hannibal, to Robert P. and Clarine Hicks Hirner.
He was married to Sharon Fisher on May 30, 1970 in Hannibal. She survives.
Other survivors include one son, David Hirner of Austin, Texas; and one brother, Robert Hirner Jr. (Ruth) of Warrensburg. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Professionally, Tim worked for the Missouri Department of Aging, then later for the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics as a cardiac technician.
Tim was a graduate of Northeast Missouri State University.
He most enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping on the Mississippi River.
Tim also liked doing woodworking, going on cruises and traveling.
