Charlotte owned and operated several bars in Hannibal with her husband, Sonny, for many years. She owned Sonny’s, Sonny’s National Bar and Sonny’s Third Street Depot. After retiring from the bar business, Charlotte worked as a cashier at Walmart until she retired.

Away from work Charlotte loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, with tomatoes being her specialty.  Charlotte took pleasure in socializing with friends and liked to visit with them at the Hannibal VFW. Most of all Charlotte cherished the moments she shared with family and her neighbors.
