Bertha Campbell, 92, of Hannibal, passed away at 1:27 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2019 at Willow Care Center in Hannibal.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Brother Justin Mosher will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Bertha was born Sept. 20, 1926, in Grant, Neb. to George and Clara Weiland Kraft.

Survivors include three daughters, LaVerna Witt (John O'Brien) of Kansas City, Mo., LaVonna Waldschlager (Lonnie) of the state of Georgia and Josey Campbell (David Reddick) of Hannibal. She is also survived by six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her special friend, Robert Brown.

Bertha was a cook at the Mark Twain Dinette in Hannibal for many years.

In her free time, Bertha enjoyed reading, embroidery and putting together jigsaw puzzles. A wonderful baker, Bertha made the best pies and cakes. Caring for her flowers and house plants were also activities Bertha enjoyed. Most of all, Bertha simply enjoyed spending time with her family.

Bertha was a Christian by faith.
