Hannibal Parks & Recreation and Hannibal Parents as Teachers hosted the event and described the turnout as a pleasant surprise after Friday’s storm. Youngsters from 2-6 were able to ride big wheels, tricycles, bicycles with training wheels and other pedal-powered vehicles during the event.
