Twin JV lacrosse captains celebrate state championship

Kiley and Kennedy Buckman had a successful sophomore 2018-2019 year at Francis Howell Central High School in Cottleville. They were part of the FHC JV Lacrosse Girls who finished an amazing season at 14-1 and won the JV Division 2 State Championship. They were also awarded overall MVPs for their lacrosse team and served as team captains. Kiley and Kennedy are members of the National Honor Society and Arete Club, which empowers students to exemplify key characteristics of peer collaboration, community service, leadership and academic excellence. Kiley and Kennedy are the twin daughters of Craig and Jennifer Buckman, of St. Charles; and the twin granddaughters of Howard and the late Margaret Disselhorst, and John and Jean Buckman; and twin great-granddaughters of Virginia Buckman, all of Palmyra.
