Driver injured when farm tractor hits her car

Etta E. Barron, 68, of Elsberry, suffered minor injuries when her car was hit by a farm tractor at 1:28 p.m. Thursday, June 20, in rural Pike County. She went by ambulance to Pike County Memorial Hospital.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1983 John Deere tractor driven by Cameron L. Lockard, 22, of Eolia, came out of a field and struck a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Barron on Route WW at Pike County Road 9234. Barron was not using a safety device. Lockard was using a safety device and did not report injuries.
