Taylor J. Picton, 21, of Perry, went by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of serious injuries suffered in a collision at 8:37 a.m. Saturday, May 18, in Ralls County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Picton was driving a northbound 2014 Volkswagen Jetta on Route J north of Delaware Lane two miles north of Perry.

Officers said she had stopped on the shoulder and attempted to make a left turn. The front of her car was hit by a northbound 2017 Dodge Durango driven by Brandon A. Lococo, 24, of New London. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and Lococo did not report injuries.

The State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Perry Fire Department and Ralls County Sheriff's Department.
