The Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) contacted Alvin R. Mayfield, 37 years old of St. Louis, in the parking lot of Pizza Hut on Wednesday, May 8. Officers reported that Mayfield had an active felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Upon contact, Mayfield refused to exit the vehicle he was driving and fled the area. After fleeing in the vehicle, the suspect then fled on foot and was apprehended afterward.
