Hannibal High School's soccer team notched its second lopsided win of the week on Thursday night when it defeated Mexico 11-0 in a game that was called at halftime due to the mercy rule.

Hannibal wasted no time getting on the scoreboard as Bella Falconer scored in the first minute of play off an assist from Kaylee Falconer.

In the fourth minute Peyton Utterback scored off an assist by Haley Ballinger.

Bella Falconer scored her second goal in the sixth minute with an assist to Trinity Alvey.

Utterback scored in the eighth minute assisted by Kaylee Falconer.

In the ninth minute Ballinger scored an unassisted goal. 

Jillian Standbridge's goal in the 15th minute came with an assist to Utterback.

Bella Falconer found the goal again in the 27th minute with an assist to Kaylee Falconer.

Utterback's third goal came in the 31st minute with no assist.

Ballinger's second goal came in the 36th minute with no assist. 

Hannibal's final goal came from Sadie Stine in the 38th minute with an assist being credited to Abby Baumann.

With the win Hannibal improved its record to 13-3 overall and 8-0 in the NCMC.

Hannibal's JV won 1-0. Baylee Zeiger scored the game's lone goal without an assist.

Hannibal's JV improved its record to 5-5-1 and 5-1-1 in the conference.
