Flooding river closes Highway 79 at Clarksville, Louisiana

On Sunday, March 24, MoDOT announced the flooding Mississippi River had caused parts of state Highway 79 to be closed, including south of Clarksville and south of Louisiana.


Motorists were instructed to use alternate routes.
