Clarksville Garden Club will present a short lecture on Bluebirding 101 sponsored by the Missouri Bluebird Society (MOBS) and supported by the North American Bluebird Society (NABS). The club members hope you will fall in love with the Eastern Bluebird and other cavity nesters in your own backyard the more you learn. Joe and Linda Pridgeon have discovered so much about attracting and keeping Bluebirds safe and happy that they can’t keep it for themselves any longer. Bluebird monitors get a front row seat on the life of bluebirds while helping them thrive. With some guidance and tools, you can be a bluebird monitor, too.

Hosted by the Clarksville Garden Club, members Joe and Linda Pridgeon are welcoming back the Bluebirds’ nesting season. Please spend some time with them. Refreshments are served following the event. They will answer your questions or direct you to local experts. Plenty of free handouts will be available and sample birding displays will be on display.

Speakers for the event will be Joe Pridgeon, Treasurer Clarksville Garden Club, and Linda Pridgeon, Vice President Clarksville Garden Club, 636-544-5990.
