World-class classical pianist returning to Hannibal

Classic pianist Charlie Albright will perform for the third concert of the season for the Hannibal Concert Association. The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 11 at Hannibal-LaGrange University's Parker Theater in the Roland Fine Arts Center.

The Hannibal Concert Association (HCA) will present its third concert of the 2018-2019 concert season featuring a classical pianist returning to Hannibal for a second time.

Charlie Albright will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 11 at the Roland Fine Arts Center’s Parker Theater on the campus of Hannibal. Without a season or patron membership, tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for students. Single ticket sales will be available at the door prior to the concert beginning at 6:30 p.m. or may be be purchased online at hannibalconcerts.com.

Born in Centralia Wash., Charlie began piano lessons at the age of three. He earned an Associate of Science degree at Centralia College while he was in high school and was accepted to Harvard College/New England Conservatory of Music joint program, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree as a Pre-med and Economics major at Harvard in 2011 and his Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the New England Conservatory in 2012. He has recently earned his Artist Diploma from the Juilliard School.
