Hannibal Street Department crew members remove layers of asphalt on Surrey Hills Road on Tuesday, Feb. 19 to repair a section of the route that was damaged by several potholes. Work like this is necessary amid a winter with moisture levels and temperature extremes conducive to potholes forming.
