MoDOT: Road work ahead for 2 Monroe County routes

Weather permitting, Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) crews will perform work on two routes in Monroe County. Please see dates and locations below.

  • MO 151 — Monday, May 1 and Tuesday, May 2, traffic will be reduced to one lane at various locations between Route M and Route J for pavement operations. There will be an 11-foot width restriction while the work is completed between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

  • Route E -— Thursday, May 4, crews will have the road closed from Monroe Road 680 to Monroe Road 670 for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Motorists will need to use alternate routes on the roads that will be closed. As always, please remember to use caution and obey all work zone signs and personnel.
