Thursday marked the 10th anniversary of the Senior Expo in Hannibal. Judging from the crowd present shortly after it opened at 10 a.m. the event has not lost its popularity.

Approximately 600 senior adults were expected to turn out during the three-hour event which took place at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center.

Around 80 vendors were expected to be present in this year’s event whose theme was "It’s Not Too Late."

This year’s Senior Expo was sponsored by NEILS, Hannibal Parks & Recreation, RSVP at Douglass Community Services, NECAC and the Marion and Ralls County Health Departments.
