HHS senior Jordan Held picked as 2017 DAR Good Citizen

Hannibal High School senior Jordan Held was recently honored by the Hannibal Heritage Chapter, NSDAR, as the chapter’s 2017 DAR Good Citizen.

To be selected as a DAR Good Citizen students must have the following qualities: Dependability (truthfulness, honesty, punctuality, etc.), Service (cooperation, helpfulness, responsibility, etc.), Leadership (personality, self-control, initiative, etc.), Patriotism (unselfish loyalty to American ideals). The faculty of Hannibal High School selected three seniors who demonstrated in an outstanding way, these qualities of a good citizen. From these three students, the senior class selected one student, Jordan Held. Only one senior class student per year may be selected as a DAR Good Citizen.
