Missouri Department of Transportation plans temporary lane closures for routes in Marion, Ralls counties

Weather permitting, Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) crews will perform brush cutting on U.S. Route 61 in Marion and Ralls counties. Please see the dates and locations of this work below. All work will be completed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

  • U.S. 61 (Marion) — Traffic will be reduced to one lane from Monday, Dec. 19 to Tuesday, Dec. 20, between Paris Road and St. James Road.

  • U.S. 61 (Ralls) — Traffic will be one lane from Wednesday, Dec. 21 to Thursday, Dec. 22, between Paris Road and Route HH.

  • U.S. 61 (Marion) — Traffic will be reduced to one lane from Wednesday, Dec. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 29, between U.S. 36 and Route MM.

Please use caution if you are traveling through this area, and obey all work zone signs and personnel.
