Holiday Marketplace opens Nov. 14 at Hannibal Arts Council

The Hannibal Arts Council’s annual art sale has been renamed. What used to be the 99 bucks… or less Art Sale is now called Holiday Marketplace to welcome both artists and artisans to the venue. The HAC gallery will be set up with a gift shop atmosphere for holiday shopping that is easy on the wallet.
