Palmyra woman injured in crash

HANNIBAL | Elizabeth D. Shannon 31, of Palmyra, Mo., went by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries suffered in a one-car crash at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, in rural Marion County, Mo.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Shannon was driving a northbound 2002 Saturn at Route W and Marion County Road 432 two miles northwest of Hannibal when the car went off the left side of the road and hit a ditch. She was wearing a seat belt.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
