Frank Salyer, 86, of Hannibal, passed away at 10:14 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Rev. Allen Clark will officiate.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Frank was born on Nov. 22, 1933, in Hannibal to Charles G. Salyer and Anna G. Siddens Salyer.

He was married on Feb. 12, 1954, in Palmyra, Mo., to Norma Lee Mullnix. She preceded him in death on Sept. 27, 2019.

Also preceding Frank in death were his parents; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include three children, Glen Salyer of Kansas City, Mo., Kathy West (Scott) of Platte City, Mo., and Mark Salyer (Inez) of Riverside, Mo.; one sister, Kate Lawson; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank retired as a foreman with the Hannibal Board of Public Works, where he worked from 1952 to 1981.

Away from work Frank simply enjoyed spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Frank was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Hannibal.
