On Wednesday, Oct. 21, the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Ralls County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for narcotics at 17000 Hwy W in rural Clarksville, Mo.

On Wednesday, Oct. 21, the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Ralls County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for narcotics at 17000 Hwy W in rural Clarksville, Mo. Located in the search were multiple items used in the manufacturing, distribution and use of methamphetamine. Also seized was approximately three grams of meth. Arrested were the following:

Randall L. Shaffer, 44, of 1700 Hwy W, was charged with a class B felony of manufacturing a controlled substance, class C felonies of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance and a class D felony of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only.

Jeremy W Schmidt, 37, of Louisiana, was charged with a class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and two class A misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

Casey Bonstell, 26, of Elsberry, was charged with a class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.
