The Northeast Missouri C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meeting on Wednesday, October 21 will feature Sandy Caswell, Assistant Director of Families and Communities Together (F.A.C.T.), Katelyn Ferguson, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist with Clarity Healthcare, and Christina Maune, Outreach Coordinator with Hannibal Regional Healthcare System.

The Northeast Missouri C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meeting on Wednesday, October 21 will feature Sandy Caswell, Assistant Director of Families and Communities Together (F.A.C.T.), Katelyn Ferguson, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist with Clarity Healthcare, and Christina Maune, Outreach Coordinator with Hannibal Regional Healthcare System.

They will share insights into Healthcare Reform and Health Insurance Exchange. The C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meets the third Wednesday of each month at Fiddlestiks in Hannibal with lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a program and the meeting at 12 p.m. Healthcare and social services organizations and leaders throughout Northeast Missouri are encouraged to participate.

Sandy Caswell has been with Families and Communities Together (F.A.C.T.) in several roles for the past seven years. Along with the various programs that F.A.C.T. is involved with, Ms. Caswell is also a Mental Health First Aid instructor, Certified Car Seat Technician and is licensed with the State of Missouri as a Certified Application Counselor — assisting with enrollment and questions concerning the Affordable Care Act. F.A.C.T. covers the counties of Clark, Lewis, Marion, Ralls, and Pike offering this Federal Marketplace enrollment assistance.

Katelyn Ferguson graduated from Hannibal High School in 2010 and then received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri in 2014. She joined the Clarity Healthcare team in 2015 as an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist. She is a Licensed Certified Application Counselor who helps individuals understand, apply and enroll for health coverage through the Marketplace.

Chris Maune has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She joined the Hannibal Regional Healthcare System in 2015 as an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator, trained and licensed as a Certified Application Counselor to help consumers understand, apply and enroll for health coverage through the Marketplace.

The Northeast Missouri C.H.A.R.T. Partnership meets each month to encourage and support initiatives which enhance the health and vitality of residents of Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Ralls and Shelby counties. The C.H.A.R.T. Partnership serves as a vehicle for regular dialogue among regional health leaders, encouraging a shared understanding of regional health challenges and the emergence of activity designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of residents of the region.
