After being closed due to high water, all four lanes on U.S. 61 at the Cuivre River Bridge one mile north of Troy in Lincoln County were re-opened at approximately 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 26, according to MoDOT.

MoDOT reported the water receded slower during this flooding, compared with the one on June 19 and 20, and engineers have checked the bridge piers to ensure there was no damage done that would create a potential safety hazard.

U.S. 54 and state Highway 19 were reported open.

Several roads remained flooded in Northeast Missouri. State Highway 79 in Pike and Lincoln counties remained closed in several locations, including south of Annada, and around Elsberry and Winfield.
