   Flood warnings continued Monday on the Mississippi River event though levels were dropping.
   Weekend rains did not contribute significantly to river levels, although some creeks and streams were flooded.
   Following are river stages as recorded Monday afternoon:
*Canton: 15.78 feet Monday. Crest: 16.6 last Wednesday. Flood stage: 14.
   *Quincy: 18.8 feet Monday. Crest: 19.6 Wednesday. Flood stage: 17.
   *Hannibal: 19.3 feet Monday. Crest: 20 last Thursday. Flood stage: 16.
   *Saverton: 18.5 feet Monday. Crest: 19.2 last Thursday. Flood stage: 16.
   *Louisiana: 18.6 feet Monday. Crest: 19.1 last Thursday. Flood stage: 15.
   *Clarksville: 29.1 feet Sunday. Crest: 29.5 last Friday. Flood stage: 25.
   *Winfield: 29 .7 feet Monday. Crest: 30 last Thursday. Flood stage: 26.
   Meanwhile, the Illinois River also continued to fall and could drop below flood stage by the weekend from LaGrange to Valley City. The Cuivre River at Old Monroe should drop below flood stage by Thursday.
