Gary L. Haynes, 60, of Hannibal, died at 1:38 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2010, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
 Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Pastor John Wesley Davis will officiate.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, March 29, at the funeral home.
Mr. Haynes was born on Sept. 22, 1949, in Hannibal to Curtis and Dorothy Culp Haynes Sr.
He was married on Dec. 10, 1971, in Hannibal to Karen Sue Smith. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Dorothy Haynes of Hannibal; three daughters, Missy Lewis (W.G.) of the state of Kansas, Tammie Unmisig (Kent) of Quincy, Ill., and Rachel Murphy (Chuck) of Hannibal; one sister, Odessa Gauch of Hannibal; two brothers, Ralph Haynes of the state of Texas and Charles Haynes Sr. of Hannibal; seven grandchildren, Samantha Unmisig, Ariean Lewis, Taylor Unmisig, Ian Murphy, Allie Unmisig, Nathan Lewis and Brady Murphy; one brother-in-law, Gary W. Smith (Bonnie) of Hannibal; a close friend, Donnie Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gary was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Curtis Haynes Jr.; his grandparents; a sister-in-law, Linda Haynes; and a brother-in-law, Steve Smith.
Mr. Haynes worked as a foreman with the Hannibal Street Department for over 29 years. He enjoyed playing horseshoes and working on classic cars. He also loved watching NASCAR, football and baseball. Mr. Haynes attended Tabernacle of Praise Church in Hannibal.
Pallbearers will be Leon Wallace, Brian Ferguson, Terry Willis, Rich Dauma, Jeff Epperson and Sam Closser.
Honorary pallbearers will be David Todd and John Miller.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal.
