The Missouri Gaming Commission has reduced a fine against Terrible’s Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange.
The fine for a violation of state gaming rules was dropped to $9,000 from $10,000.
The casino was fined after the commission learned that an underage person had been allowed onto the gaming floor and had been served alcohol. The incident happened on Aug. 22, 2009.
Missouri law requires excursion gambling boat patrons to be at least 21 years old and that also is the legal drinking age in the state.
