The same river story was being seen at Saverton (19.21 feet, down 0.13 of a foot) and Louisiana (19.05 feet, down 0.09 of a foot).
The only spot where the river was continuing to rise was Clarksville where the 1 p.m. stage was 29.51 feet. That represents a slight increase of 0.07 of a foot in 24 hours.
In Hannibal, the river is forecast to hover just below 20 feet through the weekend before starting a steady decline next week.
