A case review is planned Jan. 4 for a grandmother accused in a drug case.
Sixty-nine-year-old Eva L. Fink is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and endangering the welfare of a child.
The review will be done in Pike County, where Fink’s case was moved on a change of venue.
Her arrest followed a Feb. 5 raid at Fink’s rural Silex home. Authorities said they found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Fink’s three-month-old grandchild was there at the time.
Two of Fink’s sons, Von. W. Watson and Shawn M. Watson, earlier pleaded guilty to drug charges in the case. Von Watson is serving 10 years in prison and Shawn Watson got seven years behind bars.
Another suspect in the case, Craig A. Momphard, still faces possession and distribution charges. His jury trial is set for Feb. 4 in Lincoln County.
