The drivers of both vehicles involved in an accident Friday morning just outside of Hannibal were left with minor injuries.


The drivers of both vehicles involved in an accident Friday morning just outside of Hannibal were left with minor injuries.
The accident occurred on Shinn Lane, two miles west of Hannibal, at 8:05 a.m. according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Reportedly a 1997 Jeep Cherokee driven by 56-year-old Donna Roy of Hannibal crossed into the path of a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu driven by 22-year-old Robert Pryor and was struck by the Malibu.
Roy was transported by Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital. Pryor was treated at the scene and released. Both Roy and Pryor were wearing safety devices at the time of the accident.
