Voepel-Hatton wedding

Whitney Ann Voepel and Ian James Hatton were married Aug. 3, 2013, at First Christian Church in Hannibal, Mo., with Jerry Edison officiating.

Courtney Renee Voepel was maid of honor, and Brandon Mundle was best man.

The couple’s parents are Ronald Keith and Patty Voepel, and Jeff and Jean Ann Hatton, all of Hannibal.

The bridegroom’s grandparents are Dan and Marlene Hatton, and the late Tom and Barbara Whitaker.

The bride’s grandparents are the late Richard Lee Harvey, Judith Ann Jones, Ronald Voepel Sr. and Mary Jo Voepel.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Hannibal Senior High. She attended Culver-Stockton College and graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts, emphasis in Graphic Design. She is employed at CVS Pharmacy as a pharmacy tech.

The bridegroom is a 2009 graduate of Hannibal Senior High School. He is a full-time student at Hannibal- LaGrange University, seeking a degree in secondary education and physical education, to graduate in December, 2014.

A wedding trip to Mexico is planned, following the bridegroom’s graduation in December.

The couple’s new home is at 61 Sherwood Estates, Hannibal.
