Two arrested after vehicle hits building

HANNIBAL | Early Tuesday morning Hannibal Police responded to an alarm at Prestige Realty, 8 Diamond Boulevard. A vehicle had struck the building causing damage and was driven from the scene.

Less than one hour later officers located the vehicle at a residence just outside of city limits. Officers arrested the driver, James A. Astorino, 23 of Hannibal, who was cited for leaving the scene of an accident. A passenger, Thomas E. Rodgers, 23 of Hannibal, was issued a citation for interfering with an investigation. 

Officers were assisted by the Marion County Sheriff's Department.
