Torn paper forest collage Arty Party on March 7

Participants in the upcoming Hannibal Arts Council Arty Party will get the chance to make a torn paper forest collage from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St.

HANNIBAL | The March 7 Hannibal Arty Party will feature a torn paper forest collage project guided by project leader Brenda Beck Fisher.

Participants will paint a background on canvas and use torn paper and material in their choices of colors to create a forest scene. All supplies are included, participants just add their own creativity. The Arty Party will be from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St.

Arty Parties allows participants to explore the arts in a whole new way with this art experience with no art experience required. HAC staff members provide the supplies and project leader to lead the group through the project and participants provide the creativity, along with optional snacks and beverages. Arty Parties are open to anyone 13 years of age and up.

The cost is $25 per person, and pre-registration and pre-payment are required.
