NECAC recognizes Wilson

PALMYRA, Mo. | The not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) recently presented a certificate of recognition to Josh Wilson, center, of Palmyra, for his service on the agency's 36-member volunteer board of directors. Making the presentation at the agency's November board meeting are, from left: NECAC Chairman of the Board Fred Vahle, of Warrenton, and NECAC President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick. Headquartered in Bowling Green, NECAC is a 12-county area social service, community health and public housing agency that serves the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged. The agency operates client service centers in each county. The Marion County Service Center is at 3518 Palmyra Road in Hannibal. Gwen Koch is the NECAC Marion County Service Coordinator.
