MoDOT plans work for routes in Ralls County

NEW LONDON — Weather permitting, Missouri Department of Transportation crews have scheduled work on routes in Ralls County. Please see below for locations and details.

Ralls County Route Y — The road will be closed from Vermont Lane to Missouri Route 154 for culvert replacement work. Work will be completed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Tuesday, Nov. 19 to Thursday, Nov. 21.

Ralls County Route B — The road will be reduced to one lane from one-quarter mile before the West Lick Creek Bridge to one-quarter mile after the bridge for bridge maintenance. Work will be completed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18 to Thursday, Nov. 21. There will be a width restriction of 11 feet in place during working hours.

Motorists will need to use caution when traveling through work zones or use alternate routes during these times. Please remember to always obey all work zone signs and personnel. Also, please put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
