Holiday jazz concert coming Dec. 22

Hannibal pianist Bill Morrison will be among the musicians to perform during the Holiday Jazz concert at 6 p.m. Sunday Dec. 22, at the Hannibal Arts Council.

HANNIBAL | The sounds of holiday jazz music will be presented at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St. in Hannibal.

The Live at 105 Holiday Jazz concert will feature Bill Morrison on piano, Dr. Bennett Wood on saxophone, Tom Byrne on guitar, Kevin Hennessy on bass and Marty Morrison on drums. Tickets are available for $15 for adults and free of charge for students, and pre-registration and pre-payment are required. HAC will take on a jazz club atmosphere for the event, and Morrison will perform on the Kawai grand piano graciously on loan to HAC from the family of Jason Dugger.
