Hannibal police say they found marijuana and a pipe on a suspect they picked up for felony warrants.
Thirty-two-year-old Gary L. Jeffries was arrested at 11:14 p.m. Saturday after officers observed the suspect at a business in the 100 block of South Seventh.
Officers took Jeffries into custody on three outstanding warrants, and said they found the marijuana and a pipe.
Jeffries was arrested for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
