Krista Lynn Draper, Hannibal, and Mark C. Sanderson, Ft. Bragg, N.C., were united in marriage at noon on July 12, 2009. The ceremony was held on the lawn of Garth Woodside Mansion, and officiated by Judge John Jackson. A dinner reception was held at Garth Woodside Mansion Restaurant immediately following the ceremony.
Krista is the daughter of Richard and Sheri Draper of Hannibal. Mark is the son of Pat and Nicki Sanderson of Thompson, Mo.
Matron of honor was Jennifer Hanneman, Parker, Colo., sister of the bride. Maid of honor was Rachel Penny, Cape Girardeau, Mo., best friend of the bride. Best man was Kurt Barnes, best friend of the groom, Centralia, Mo. Groomsman was Pat Sanderson, father of the groom. Flowergirl was Kamryn Sanderson, sister of the groom.
Krista is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School, Jackson, Mo. She graduated in August, 2009 from the Hannibal Career and Technical Center Practical Nursing Program. She is currently employed as an LPN at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Mark is a 2005 graduate of Centralia High School, Centralia, Mo. He is a Specialist First Class in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne. He is currently serving a deployment to Iraq which began in August, 2009. He will return to Ft. Bragg upon completion of his deployment in August, 2010.
Following Mark’s return from Iraq, the couple will make their home in Fayetteville, N.C.
