Monroe City's Joe Chinn signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats. Northwest, the defending Div. II National Champions, will utilize Chinn at strong safety. Chinn said he was drawn to the program because of the school's winning tradition. "I'm really looking forward to going there. Northwest has proven to be the best team at the Div. II level for the past decade and could probably beat any Div. 1-A team," he said.
