The Hannibal Middle School cross country teams each placed third at the North Central Missouri Conference championships.

Olivia Rawlings and Katie Locke capped their season for the Hannibal Middle School cross country team by earning medals at the North Central Missouri Conference championships.

Rawlings finished fourth overall Saturday at Marshall where she completed the 1 ½ mile course in 11:08. Locke was eighth in 11:53.

The duo led Hannibal to third place in the team standings with 61 points. 

Rounding out the Lady Pirates were Lilly Gander (12:24), Allyson Gibbs-Utterback (13:54), Haley Hess (14:17), Emily McKim (14:22) and Payton Hess (14:38).

Karson Westhoff led the Hannibal boys with a time of 9:30 for ninth place, one spot shy of all-NCMC. 

The Pirates finished third as a team with 69 points. 

Following Westhoff were Corgan Kramer (9:50), Jacob Chapman (9:55), Kolin Westhoff (9:58), Andrew Catalpa (10:03), Kason Bonvillian (10:14) and Jace Utterback (10:51).
