The money will be used for programs that assist the elderly such as utility assistance and prescription drugs. The Hannibal Eagles next meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., Nov. 4, at the Douglass Community Services building at 711 Grand Ave. This meeting is open to the public and will feature an overview of member benefits as well as the charities supported.
