I am writing in support of Ryan Rapp for Hannibal School Board. Ryan and his wife (Megan) moved to Hannibal about 13 years ago and became our neighbors. Ryan has a BS from Culver Stockton in Business Administration. He has been working in banking, working for Commerce Bank since 2013. His work involves helping customers with their needs including commercial, agriculture, healthcare and consumer loans to payment solutions.

Ryan has been involved with and lead many civic and philanthropic organizations. Specifically he served as President of Hannibal Early Bird Kiwanis, Campaign Chair of United Way of Mark Twain Area, VP of Hannibal Industrial Development Corp., Board Chair at his church (Trinity-St. Paul’s) board member of Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce. Member of BASF Community Advisory Panel, board member of City of Hannibal Board of Adjustments, board member of Downtown Hannibal Development Corp. He has also served on the board of KidsIn Motion, U. of MO Extension Council and the Youth Professionals. He is currently serving on Hannibal Public School Board after stepping up to fill a vacancy. While this is a lot, it serves as proof of Ryan’s investment in our community.

He is devoted to his family, as well. He has been coach of t-ball, coach-pitch baseball, Y soccer, and Upward Basketball through Immanuel Baptist Church and K&L soccer.

He is a good guy with his priorities in the right place. Hannibal Public School Board will be well served in retaining Ryan as a board member.
