Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
She is survived by four children, Elizabeth Irene Jennings, Richard Lee Worthington, Linda Sue Riley, and Douglas Wayne Worthington; and several other relatives.
