Michael “Mike” G. Minor, 57, of Hannibal, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at his home.
Graveside services and burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Kendall Cemetery in Lakenan, Mo.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Minor was born April 20, 1952, to Lilburn “Shorty” and Geraldine Hooper Minor.
Survivors include his mother, Geraldine Minor of Shelbina; two sons, Daniel Minor of Hannibal, Kris Minor of Hannibal; one daughter, Melissa Wideman (Robert) of Hannibal; two step-daughters, Melissa Ann Durham (Michael) of Sedalia, Mo., Jamie Weatherly, special friend, Debbie Sutterby of Hannibal; two sisters, Betty Daniels and Jennifer Greene; grandchildren, Austin Wideman, James Michael and Kaitlynn LeeAnn Durham; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Mr. Minor worked in painting and siding. He loved spending time with family and friends and having a good time. He was a hardworker and loved his work. Mr. Minor was a Christian by faith.
