Walter “Phil” Williams

TROY - A memorial service for Walter “Phil” Williams, 49, of Eolia, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at Salem Evangelical Church in Florissant with McCoy-Blossom Funeral Home in Troy in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Mary, his mother, Louise Williams, and his sister, Andrea Taylor.
