Rebecca Jo Lovell, 57, of Hannibal, passed away at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018 at her home.

Rebecca Jo Lovell, 57, of Hannibal, passed away at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018 at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate.

Friends and family are invited to Rebecca's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Rebecca was born March 16, 1961, in Keokuk, Iowa to Manley L. and Rosetta E. Stice Thompson.

Survivors include three brothers, Ronald L. Thompson of Kansas City, Mo., Roger S. Thompson of Hannibal and Mark A. Thompson (Susan) of Kansas City, Mo.; sister, Linda S. Patrick (Roy) of Anniston, and her sister and best friend, Pamela Stupavsky of Hannibal; niece, Mary Elizabeth Summerlott; nephews, Deveraux Thompson, Noah Patrick and Rhendon Thompson and niece, Shelbe Thompson; Goddaughters, Raina Stupavsky and Heather Stupavsky; and special friends, Sherry Riley, and Dennis Cox Jr.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents; her fiance, Denny David; and her nephew, Rory Patrick.

Professionally, Rebecca worked at the Dura Factory in Hannibal for 15 years and then General Mills for five years.

She enjoyed music, hanging with her friends and family, and visits to Broadway Bar. Rebecca was very caring and had a beautiful heart. She loved her animals. Most of all, Rebecca cherished the time she was able to spend with her family.

Rebecca was a Christian by faith.
