Professionally, Bill worked as a meat cutter his entire life. Bill spent most of his career at the Hannibal Kroger's store. Bill took great pride in his craft and often shared his knowledge of the proper cuts of meat with his family.

Anyone that knew Bill, knew his lawn was immaculate. He would constantly seed and reseed his lawn until perfection was achieved.

Bill was known to satisfy his “sweet tooth” often, always having a stock supply of chocolate, orange slices, and circus peanuts on hand. Other past times included watching "Judge Judy" and wrestling on TV, when time allowed.

Most of all however, Bill, cherished his beloved family. Bill liked to spend time with his beloved dog, Sadie, and most importantly his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Time with family was always special to Bill.

Bill was a longtime member of Clover Road Christian Church.
